Long time prior to the Final of this year's Talent 09, I had either Maria and Michael or violin talent Vera Panitch (see my photos of her here) as a winner. I loved their highflown versions of great romantic pop classics sung during the TV-shows.
But as we all know we got another winner. Nevertheless we might see another Julie-syndrome: that not the winner takes all the attention and fame after the show.
Anyway it's quite obvious that Maria and Michael are a couple of great gifted singers and performers. Further more they are the most kind and loveable guys I've met for a long time.
At the Release Party for their debut album Maria and Michael gave an emotional show of highlights from the record. They are true artists and they indeed deserve large attention for their art.
